The building is a landmark in the neighborhood, it is completely different but it is not uncomfortable or unaware of the needs to which it must respond. It is implanted in the place in a forceful way and it is impossible for it to go unnoticed. Its second floor starts at street level, allowing the transition and harmonious relationship between the park and the building, which have completely different characters. The translucent envelope allows light to pass through but does not completely reveal the interior. In the perfect volume there are perforations that emerge as staircase arms that run through the entire building, in contrasting colors that further frame its leading role.
Circulation, beyond being necessary, becomes the soul of the project, stairs and ramps that connect but exist primarily to be pleasurable for those who walk through them, are the essence of the building. The spaces are connected by ramps and stairs that facilitate access to rooms and library from any point of the building, these are mostly open allowing the emergence of new spatial and visual dynamics.
