CONECTA BUILDING

The soul of the project is its ability to generate connection in a physical and social way. Its raison d’être is to make possible the relationship between individuals and spatial connection. The wetland, through the elevated park, becomes an extension of the project. The memory of the wetland is recovered through vegetation and the appearance of spaces such as circulations and front gardens that highlight the importance of the ecological structure near the project. Part of what the building offers is the possibility of generating multiple activities designed in an inclusive and flexible manner, where play and recreational spaces take priority. These, in addition to being vital for life, encourage constant activity and communal and public gatherings. An active urban edge surrounds the project, with spaces for permanence, public furniture, permeable soils and trees.

ELEVATED PARK

It is not only a bridge to pass, this elevated park is the connection between the wetland and the project. It contemplates the existence of permanence and play activities. The vegetation plays an important role and grows thanks to the fact that the bridge acts as a large planter..
